Each year, more than 250 students join CHS in a variety of internships ranging from in-the-field sales and agronomy internships to in-office marketing, accounting internships and more. Many of interns return for a second year and land a full-time career in our growing organization.
Local Summer Internship Program
CHS locations in Shipman, Carrollton, Lowder and Pocahontas Illinois offers a paid summer internship program. This internship offers the opportunity to gain valuable experience and make important professional connections for college students perusing an agricultural degree.
Your primary duties will consist of crop scouting for customers. However, this internship can be customized to you! Whether you’re interested in learning more about grain marketing, data management, energy sales, credit/administration, or communications we are able to build a rounded internship to fit your interests.
